  We are Never going to hire a car from them again, customer service ok but when it comes to charging is another matter my husband got one quote for a weeks rental we picked up car all good then credit card was charged nearly $4000 when questioned about it they were going to put the extra they took out back but instead of putting it back they took out another $900 and something out putting us in over draw with bank and we are still waiting on the 4000 to be put back. Shame on you that is no way to treat your customers Shame on you again.

  The worst service I have ever experienced! They were not helpful from the begining and made the whole experience more difficult then what it had to be. Would not recommended using this service to anyone!

  Horrible experience. Bad customer service from the employees, not explaining in full detail anything. Then Budget double charged my account for the cost of the hire car over $2000. There was no excuse as to why this happened. Very unhappy and would never use them or recommend them.
