  Service is very friendly and attentive, they couldn't do enough to make our stay more comfortable, the only negative was a few small maintenance issues but nice facilities and comfortable rooms and very family friendly.

  Again, the people were lovely, I had no issues in my room, but the motel as a whole is run down. The price of the room also reflects on the star rating. Sorry if cant see that, I feel like it is pretty fair and my colleague also agreed. I would give 2.5 stars if it were possible, but after the stern words from you manager the 2 stars are bang on. Cheers.
