    Took grandkids to watch a movie over the school holidays. 3 and 7 years of age. They loved it!

    Movie froze twice, lights went on before the movie finished and movie was turned off before credits had even finished. No refund or apology offered to any of the patrons.

    Went and saw War for Planet of the Apes - staff were excellent in advising us about parking problems around Cinema and advised us where to safely Park for free without fear of a ticket. How else can you rate a cinema. Only concern for us was forthright declaration by staff that we could most definitely not take externally purchased drinks etc. in to Cinema and that bags would be checked. Understand why they want confectionery sales but perhaps tone down how you deliver this message. Appeal for support rather than police compliance.
